Second earthquake hits Azerbaijan
The earthquake’s hypocenter (the point where it originated) was as a depth of 20 kilometers, and had a magnitude of 3.3, however no tremors were felt.
This is the second earthquake in Azerbaijan on Sept. 4. Earlier a strong earthquake hit Shaki at 09:49 in the morning.
Its strength in the epicenter measured seven on Richter scale, while the adjacent districts of Azerbaijan felt tremors measuring 6, 5, 4 and 3 points.
The earthquake’s hypocenter was at a depth of 13 kilometers, while its magnitude was 5.9.
