On September 3, First Lady of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva met with Secretary General of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of France Jean-Pierre Jouyet.
AzVision.Az reports citing to AzerTag that at the meeting the sides noted the successful development of bilateral relations between the two countries and the importance of Azerbaijan-France Forum, to be held in November this year in Ganja.
Also at the meeting it was touched upon the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. First Lady of Azerbaijan emphasized the importance of steps to restore the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
Secretary-General of Administration of the President of the French Republic Jean-Pierre Jouyet, in turn, said that he supports the resolution of the conflict within the framework of international law, and said that France as co-chair will continue its efforts to resolve the conflict.
