Thanks to close and friendly circles we found out that the text of statements by respective EU bodies regarding the parliamentary elections to be held in Azerbaijan on Nov.1 are already drafted, the deputy head of Azerbaijan’s Presidential Administration and director of the Administration’s Foreign Relations Department, wrote on his Twitter page on Sept.5.
“The remaining task is minor editing and specification of date”, Mammadov wrote.
