At least 15 killed in huge fire at Armenian military unit

At least 15 killed in huge fire at Armenian military unit

A huge fire has broken out in a military unit in Armenia, killing 15 servicemen.

According to the Armenian Defence Ministry, the provided figure is preliminary, while the toll may rise.

The motives for the incident are yet to be known. It was said the fire broke out in the barracks of an engineer-sapper company in the territory of Azat village of Gegharkunik province in eastern Armenia (Goycha Mahal).
