Andrzej Kasprzyk to visit Azerbaijan to discuss escalation of tension on frontline
Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, the Personal Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office on the conflict dealt with by the OSCE Minsk Conference, is very concerned by the reported increases of ceasefire violations and casualties, the OSCE Headquarters told on Sept.7.

The ambassador will be traveling to Azerbaijan this week and will meet his interlocutors in Baku, the Headquarters said. “He continuously travels to the region to fulfill his mandated functions. He will be traveling to Azerbaijan this week and will meet his interlocutors in Baku.”

Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk participated in the monitoring held on Sept.4 on the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenian troops near Kuropatkino village of Khojavand district. On Sept.5, he met with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan in Yerevan to discuss the current situation on the contact line of troops.
