The Zangezur Corridor will be of special importance for the development of cooperation between all countries of the region, Azerbaijan's Foreign Affairs Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said in his speech at the 26th meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, AzVision.az reports.
During the meeting, detailed information was provided on the work carried out by Azerbaijan in ensuring energy security. It was noted that the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Azerbaijan and the European Union in July 2022 on the development of green energy resources, as well as the project of laying an electric power cable between Azerbaijan-Georgia-Romania-Hungary under the Black Sea will contribute to further expansion of cooperation in the region.
