Armenia to Receive $200Mln Loan From Russia to Modernize Armed Forces
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan said during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin that the loan would allow the country to upgrade the arsenal of its armed forces.
Armenia will receive a $200-million loan from Russia to modernize its armed forces, President Serzh Sargsyan said on Monday.

"An agreement on $200-million loan on favorable conditions has been signed. It will allow us to upgrade the arsenal of the Armenian armed forces," Sargsyan said during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
