Elmar Mammadyarov will attend the meeting of foreign ministers of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking countries, to be held in Astana, Kazakhstan, on September 10, AzVision.az reports citing to the official sources.
The Board will discuss the creation of a single channel of Turkic-speaking countries broadcasting 24 hours a day.
Mr. Mammadyarov to hold a number of bilateral meetings in Astana.
