Armenians plan to hold a referendum on constitutional reforms in the so-called "Nagorno Karabakh Republic", AzVision.az reports quoting to the Armenian “Irates de facto” newspaper.
"NKR" authorities will make a statement on the matter, soon.
`Illegal discussions have already kicked off, some options are offered. The main purpose is the cancellation of presidency institution and giving the governance to parliament` - the newspaper reads.
