Days after the publication of photos of young Syrian boy Aylan al-Kurdi shocked Europe into action on the refugee crisis, David Cameron has announced the UK will resettle 20,000 refugees currently in camps in countries neighboring Syria.
There`s only one catch: the refugees will be housed in Britain over the course of the current Parliament; meaning 2020.
In comparison, France has said it will take 24,000 refugees in two years.
And in Germany, a similar number of refugees were welcomed in the last weekend.
Germany has said it expects around 800,000 migrants and refugees to arrived before the end of the current year.
Could Britain be doing more to help?
