In addition, the bill reflected the regulations on preparation of standards of corporate governance, and their definition as one of the main principle of state regulation in the sphere of tourism, creation and conduction of the state tourism register, new classification of the types of activity and services in tourism sphere, improvement of state regulation of tourism activity, classification of concluded deals in the sphere of tourism, preparation and implementation of the security concept, etc.
According to the ministry, application of this bill will promote further development of the tourism potential of Azerbaijan, raising effectiveness of business processes, regulation of tourism activity by the state and creation of broad opportunities on support of tourism industry.
The bill is currently at the stage of agreement between the due structures.
