Certain disagreements arose between Azerbaijan and France after the Second-Karabkah War, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a joint press conference with French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Catherine Colonna in Baku, AzVision.az reports.
Bayramov noted that as a result of the 44-day Patriotic War, Azerbaijan liberated its lands based on its Constitution, UN Charter, and legitimate rights.
“However, in the post-conflict period, certain disagreements arose in relations with France. Despite this, Azerbaijan kept in contact even during the period of tension. We have always been open to contacts," he added.
