Ilaha Huseynova, head of Communication Department of the ICRC Baku Office told that the visit took place on Sept.3.
The Armenian serviceman was delivered messages from his family and his family will be informed about his conditions.
Huseynova also mentioned that according its mandate, the ICRC visits detainees to monitor their treatment and conditions of detention and to help to ensure that the detainees are able to maintain contact with their families.

Representatives of the Azerbaijan office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have visited Khojavand-born Andranik Araratovych Grigoryan, the contract serviceman in the Armenian armed forces, who voluntarily surrendered to the Azerbaijani side on 22 March 2015.
