AzVision.az reports citing the Ombudsman's Office, that, according to the document, June 18 is celebrated worldwide as the International Day for Countering Hate Speech, and the purpose of preparing this report is to bring to the attention of the world community, as well as relevant international organizations, the facts of Armenia's involvement of children in the policy of hatred against Azerbaijan and call for urgent action in connection with the prevention of hate speech.
The report, prepared in Azerbaijani and English, cites the facts of the use of children as tools in the policy of hatred pursued by Armenia against Azerbaijan for many years, the involvement of children in hostilities during the conflict, including during the second Karabakh war, the publication of these facts in the media and other sources.
Based on investigation materials, information obtained from reliable sources, as well as published in social networks and the media, the Ombudsman's Office prepared a report on hate crimes and incitement of hatred against Azerbaijanis and sent it to the relevant international human rights organizations.
