"We had about 20 phone conversations with Russian President Vladimir Putin on November 8-9, 2020," the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, said at the meeting of the Parliament Inquiry Committee for Studying the Circumstances of the 44-day war, AzVision.az reports.
