Gas prices in Europe drop by 4.4%

Gas prices in Europe drop by 4.4%

Exchange prices for gas in Europe fell by 4.4% at the opening of trading on June 21, AzVision.az reports citing the London ICE exchange.

July (nearest) futures on the TTF index (the largest hub in Europe, located in the Netherlands), opened trading at $425.5 per 1,000 cubic meters (-2.7%). Further, futures fell to $417.7 per 1,000 cubic meters.

The dynamics of quotations is based on the settlement price of the previous trading day - $437.1 per 1,000 cubic meters.
