"It is time to make peace in the Karabakh conflict,” US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick said in his interview to Voice of America.
Warlick expressed hope that by the end of this year the co-chairs will be able to organize the meeting of the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan:
"At the meeting of the two countries’ foreign ministers in New York City in September, we will try to define the agenda, time and place of the meeting," said the US co-chair.
