The solemn opening ceremony of the 1st international military musical festival Astana - Culture Caravan has been held in the city of Astana, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Defense told reporters.
The performances presented by the soloists of the participating countries at the opening ceremony were met with great interest and applause.
Songs, national dances and performances reflecting international, national and folk values will be presented in the festival, where the military orchestra of the Military Institute named after Heydar Aliyev and the creative team of the Army Ideological and Cultural Center named after Hazi Aslanov represent Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that the creative teams of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, China, India, Japan, Russia, Türkiye and Uzbekistan are taking part in the festival dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the city of Astana as participants, and the Pakistani delegation as observers.
