Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, Director of the Administration`s Foreign Relations Department Novruz Mammadov wrote it on his Twitter page.
“Countries with solid resources for accessing international scene have monopolized the processes. Based on self-interests, they are expanding these processes in different shape, content and direction. That’s how public opinion is shaped. Apparently, while incessantly highlighting Universal values, the West and Europe have no remaining values whatsoever,” he wrote.
