Azercosmos to attend International Space Convention 2024

Azerbaijan will be represented at the International Space Convention 2024 (ISC2024) to be held on February 12-16, 2024, AzVision.az reports. 

The event will enable participants to meet and interact with over 160 speakers during virtual discussions, where topics include: Space Race 2.0, Preparing for Humans to Space Environments, Innovations in Satellite Technologies and Manufacturing, Next Generation Launch Vehicles, Stimulating Space Startup Ecosystem and other topics.

Nika Chinchaladze, COO and Martynas Fedotovas, CEO, who are space entrepreneurs, co-founders of Altair Enterprises and the organizers of the International Space Convention - the biggest virtual space industry event, will be among the opening speakers.

Azerbaijan will be represented at the event by the employee of the country’s space agency Azercosmos Vugar Mammadov as he will address the International Space Law, Policy, and Regulations panel discussion.

Over 160 space industry speakers will cover more than 45 topics on themes including: Space for All, Getting to Space (including launch vehicles, spaceports and space tourism), Space Applications, Reaching the Moon and Beyond Earth.

The event will provide an opportunity to hear from leading experts in the field, learn about the space industry, stay up to date with the latest space industry trends and technologies, and connect with other professionals from around the world.
