"We are saddened by the news that, as a result of an explosion at a gas station in Azerbaijan's Khankendi on September 25, many people were killed and hundreds were seriously injured. We express our condolences to the relatives of those who died as a result of this tragic event and wish recovery to the injured," the ministry said in a statement.
