Khalafov held several meetings at the ministry of foreign affairs in the Omani capital Muscat and met Mohsen bin Khamis al Balushi, advisor in the ministry of commerce and industry of the country.
During his meeting with Balushi, Khalafov discussed bilateral cooperation between the countries in commerce and economic fields. The two sides also discussed aspects of cooperation and means of activating them, in addition to investment in oil and agriculture sectors.
The minister also invited Omani companies to invest in Azerbaijan.
