SOCAR, Gazprom to start swap transactions on gas supply to Azerbaijan

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and Russia’s Gazprom company will start swap transactions on Russian gas supply to Azerbaijan soon, SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev told reporters Sept.17.
