The problem between Azerbaijan and the European Parliament should be solved through dialogue, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson said at briefing.
“I think that if an international organization has any specific claims against a country, it should be solved through mutual dialogue instead of politicized methods,” the spokesperson said.
