State Tourism Agency organized an introductory trip for over 90 tourism industry representatives and bloggers from Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Belarus to Shahdag Mountain Resort on 14-18 December to celebrate the opening of the winter tourism season in the country.
The guests were introduced to reconstruction and infrastructure projects carried out at the resort, given a chance to ride the quad bikes, cableways, the Alpine Coaster and try out other attractions.
Moreover, 80 local tourism operators held B2B meetings in Baku on 18 December to establish connections in travel and tourism sector and exchange experience.
