The prospects of the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, the current regional situation and the latest developments, as well as several other issues, were discussed at the meeting.
The latest military provocations of Armenia, as a result of which an Azerbaijani serviceman was wounded, were aimed at undermining the stability that had reigned in recent months and the normalization of Azerbaijan-Armenia relations as a whole.
The sides exchanged views on other issues of mutual interest during the meeting.
