"We had to spend several months taking that monument (Nateva's vandalized statue - ed.) from Evian and bringing it to the courtyard of the Cultural Center of Azerbaijan and placing it there. At present, the monument of Natavan is there", said President Ilham Aliyev in his speech at the 11th Global Baku Forum on "Restoration of the Shattered World", AzVision.az reports,
The head of state also noted: "This shows what we faced after restoring our sovereignty. This is, in fact, a demonstration of double standards."
Addressing the statement about France sending its military forces to Ukraine to help restore its territorial integrity, President Ilham Aliyev stressed that they are trying to punish Azerbaijan when it comes to restoring our territorial integrity.
