Baku-Moscow passenger plane makes successful landing at Russia's Domodedovo airport - UPDATED

Baku-Moscow passenger plane makes successful landing at Russia

Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) aircraft, which landed at Sheremetyevo International Airport due to the temporary closure of Domodedovo Airport, made a successful landing at 16:13 (GMT+4) at Domodedovo Airport, AzVision.az reports.

Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) aircraft, operating flight J2 181 from Baku to Moscow, was compelled to divert and land at Sheremetyevo International Airport due to the closure of the intended destination, Domodedovo Airport, AzVision.az reports.

The aircraft made a successful landing at 12:15 (GMT+4) at Sheremetyevo International Airport.

The closure of Domodedovo Airport was a precautionary measure taken for security reasons.
