Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg discussed NATO-Georgia cooperation and Georgia's integration into the alliance today in Tbilisi, AzVision.az reports citing Georgian media.
“I am glad that today we once again discussed NATO-Georgia cooperation and the integration process... For many years, our country has actively participated in ongoing operations under the auspices of NATO, thereby making a significant contribution to strengthening Euro-Atlantic security. On the other hand, NATO has played and continues to play an important role in the development of Georgia's defense capabilities,” Kobakhidze said during a joint statement to the press following talks with Stoltenberg.
