A number of buildings suffered serious damage as a result of a magnitude 5.6 earthquake that occurred in the Turkish province of Tokat, Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said, AzVision.az reports.
According to information, one house and the minarets of two mosques were destroyed in various places in Tokat. Under the influence of tremors, three houses collapsed in several blocks of the city of Yozgat. One person was injured during the natural disaster in Tokat
Rescuers and emergency medical teams are working at the scene.
