The congratulatory message of the head of state says:
"My dear brother,The people of Azerbaijan join me as I extend my cordial congratulations to you and your people in your face on the national day of Saudi Arabia - the Kingdom Declaration Day.On this holiday I wish a sound health, happiness and successes to you and welfare and prosperity to the fraternal people of Saudi Arabia.
The head of state also sent a congratulatory letter to the crown prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, deputy prime minister, minister of internal affairs Muhammad bin Naif bin Abdel Aziz al Saud.
"I sincerely congratulate you and your people on occasion of the national holiday of the country - the Kingdom Declaration Day.On this remarkable day I wish a soung health and success in activity to you and permanent peace and welfare to your brotherly people," the message says.
