AzVision.az reports citing the Defense Ministry that in his congratulatory message, the minister said that Qurban bayrami which forms such high moral values as equality and spiritual purity and is passed from generations to generations is celebrated at a high level.
"Under the leadership of our respected President Ilham Aliyev our country moves confidently toward civilized and democratic development. Dynamic economic development is ensured, people`s living conditions are growing, defense might of the country has increased, our independence is getting stronger.
"I am sure that staying loyal to the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Military oath and Statute, you will restore the territorial integrity of our country, liberate the lands occupied by the enemy, fulfill your duty with dignity and intensify your efforts on raising combat and moral and psychological readiness.
I wish all of you a sound health, long life, family happiness and success in activities," the congratulatory message says.
