European Parliament adopts resolution on Azerbaijan under Armenian lobby
The European Parliament has adopted a resolution on Azerbaijan under the influence of the Armenian lobby, Turkish former minister for EU Affairs Egemen Bagis said in an interview with Trend Sept. 23.

He said that there are MEPs in the European Parliament, who cannot even show Azerbaijan on a map.

"I believe that the resolution will have no impact on Azerbaijan," he said.

“The members of the Armenian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) have recently intensified their activity,” he said. “They seek to damage the image of Azerbaijan.”

"I think that we must act more strategically and take the necessary actions in this regard," he said. “Azerbaijani officials are ready to cooperate with all international organizations for the benefit of their country.”
