The announcement was made by Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan, COP29 President Mukhtar Babayev at a briefing with UN Deputy Secretary General, Executive Director of the UN Environment Programme Inger Andersen, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan, AzVision.az reports.
The project will also highlight the works carried out by Azerbaijan, he said.
"Discussions have been held on the implementation of UNEP-supported works for the utilisation and reuse of construction waste in the liberated territories. Work in this direction was mainly carried out in Aghdam," Babayev said.
