“Serious talks were held with the Armenian FM about how to deal with recent violence, especially civilian causalities,” US Co-Chair James Warlick tweeted on Sept.25.
According to the format, the Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers each will first meet with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group and then a joint meeting will be held.
