Azerbaijani state leasing company increasing capital
The State Committee for Securities of Azerbaijan registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry shares of Aqrolizing OJSC worth nearly 119 million manats, the message of Baku Stock Exchange said Sept. 24.
Some 59,499,770 shares of the leasing company with a nominal value of 2 manats each have been issued within the framework of the emission.

The placement underwriter is Unicapital JSC.

Authorized capital of the bank will reach 313.52 million manats as a result of the emission. The total capital of the bank amounts to 203.75 million manats as of late 2014.

Aqrolizinq JSC is on the balance of the Ministry of Agriculture and was established October 23, 2004.

The company`s activity is aimed at improving the agricultural sector and support of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan through the acquisition and leasing of agricultural machinery to local land owners.
