"Using this opportunity, we invite the Serbian side to take an active part in the work of this Conference on a high level," Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Economy Sahib Mammadov said at the 8th session of the Azerbaijan-Serbia Joint Intergovernmental Commission On Trade and Economic Cooperation, AzVision.az reports.
Mammadov also noted that the liberation of the country's historical territories offers new opportunities for regional cooperation.
"The Azerbaijani government is committed to revitalizing these areas and transforming them into zones of peace and cooperation, with a focus on environmental protection. We welcome Serbian businesses to participate in these vital projects and offer our full support," he said.
According to the deputy minister, economic potential and mutual interests will create favourable conditions for further enhancement of beneficial cooperation with Serbia.
