Mr Delbruck added that in the framework of that agreement SOCAR and E.ON organized summer camps for the children of the personnel of both companies in Germany and Azerbaijan. He thanked SOCAR for hospitality showed to German children in Azerbaijan this year. E.ON’s Chief Executive Officer focused on exchange of information and experiences between the companies in the field of technologies implemented for construction and repair works under high pressure in the main gas pipelines.
SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev spoke about efforts for strengthening European energy security and said works toward extension of South Caucasus Pipeline and construction of TANAP have already begun.
TAP project is also intensively developing according to schedule. He expressed confidence in transportation of first gas volumes to Turkey within Southern Gas Corridor project in 2018.
