The meeting participants discussed areas of cooperation in the agricultural sector, scientific research, and agricultural education.
Double degree programs with the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ADAU), training of specialists, and participation of young personnel in internships were also considered.
Mammadov reminded that during the visit to Hungary, an agreement was reached on future areas of cooperation and emphasized the importance of introducing advanced scientific achievements and innovative technologies in agricultural education.
Gyuricza added that such cooperation would deepen relations between the two countries in the field of agricultural education. He spoke about MATE's teaching methods and scientific research work, as the oldest agricultural university in Europe. During the meeting, opportunities for cooperation between ADAU and MATE, exchange of students and teachers, as well as the importance of joint scientific research and experience exchange were discussed.
