Azerbaijan, Belarus intend to enhance cooperation in agricultural sector

Azerbaijan, Belarus intend to enhance cooperation in agricultural sector

As part of the official visit of Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister Ali Asadov to the Republic of Belarus, the two countries have signed documents on cooperation in a number of fields, including agriculture, AzVision.az reports.

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Agriculture Majnun Mammadov and his counterpart Anatoly Linevich signed the “Roadmap on joint measures to develop agricultural production between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus.”

The document stipulates the development of agricultural production in the Aghdam district, and the design of an agro-town in the village of Gizil Kangarli of the district.
