Tajik delegation visits military institute in Baku

As part of the visit to Azerbaijan, a delegation led by Chief of the Personnel and Military Education Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Tajikistan, Major General Hafiz Jabor Azizzoda attended the Military Institute after Heydar Aliyev, the Ministry of Defense told reporters.

The delegation was informed about the history and activities of the military institute.

During the meeting, attended by Ambassador of Tajikistan to Azerbaijan Ilhom Abdurahmon, the sides exchanged views on the development prospects of the military education system.

Then, the delegation met Tajik cadets enrolled at the Military Institute after Heydar Aliyev and inquired about their academic progress.

Additionally, they visited the institute's museum, where they viewed an exhibition featuring a photo booth.

The delegation further explored the institute's facilities, including the teaching corps, material and technical recourses and inquired about the progress of the training process of the cadets.

As part of the trip, the delegation also visited the Military Trophy Park to view firearms, armored and special equipment, artillery installations, missile complexes and other military equipment seized during the Patriotic War.
