We continue consultations with the countries of the South Caucasus through the regional cooperation platform [3+3]. The third ministerial meeting in the 3+3 format will be held on October 18 in Istanbul. The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iran, and Russia will participate in the meeting," said Fidan.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova also confirmed the participation of Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in the upcoming meeting. "We confirm the planned participation of Sergey Lavrov," she told a briefing.
