“During mine-clearing operations in the Tartar, Aghdara, Kalbajar, Aghdam, Khojaly, Khankendi, Khojavand, Lachin, Shusha, Fuzuli, Gubadli, Jabrayil, and Zangilan districts, 200 anti-personnel mines, 49 anti-tank mines, and 763 unexploded ordnances (UXOs) were discovered and neutralized from October 14 to 20,” Azerbaijan’s Mine Action Agency said in a statement, AzVision.az reports.
“A total of 470.2 hectares of land were cleared from mines and UXOs over the past week,” the agency added.
