5.5 magnitude earthquake jolts Kuril Islands

A 5.5 magnitude earthquake was recorded near Russia's Kuril Islands, the Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences said, AzVision.az reports, citing TASS.

The epicenter of the earthquake was located 78 km south of Malokurilskoye village at a depth of 58 km.
