The founder of Liormand Holdings Limited is another offshore company, Turva Management Limited, which has been founded by yet again an offshore-registered Marcuard Trust Limited.
“Marcuard Trust Limited has been co-founded by Hans-Joerg Rudloff, who, according to [Russian news outlet] Kommersant, was a member of the board of directors of Rosneft from 2006 to 2013, and, according to Financial Times newspaper, is Putin`s `most reliable western banker`,” the paper reports.
Another Marcuard Ltd. co-founder, “Haykakan Zhamanak” writes, is Sinan Bodmer, a member of the board of directors of Russian Fora-Bank, which is owned by Russian-based Armenian businessman Samvel Karapetyan`s Tashir Group.
