CCTS to observe parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan

CCTS to observe parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan

The Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States (CCTS) announced it will send a mission to Azerbaijan to observe the parliamentary elections scheduled for Nov.1.

The mission will arrive in the country on Oct.30.

The mission will monitor the election process in Baku and Ganja.
