COP29 presidency creates 'Key Breakthroughs in Baku' webpage

COP29 presidency creates

The COP29 Presidency has created a "Key Breakthroughs in Baku" webpage summarizing key results and the way forward on the green transition and climate change mitigation, AzVision.az reports.

It is noted that this year the COP29 team set an ambitious goal to increase the volume of climate finance for developing countries to at least $1.3 trillion per year by 2035, as well as to complete the multi-year process of agreeing on the NCQG - the first ever agreed quantitative target for climate finance for developing countries, which is three times larger than the previous climate finance target.
