Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King of Saudi Arabia, has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occassion of May 28 - the Independence Day, AzVision.az reports.
