Rustam Umerov appointed head of Ukraine

Rustam Umerov has been appointed Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, according to a decree signed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, AzVision.az reports, citing Ukrainian media.

Umerov previously served as Ukraine's Minister of Defense.
