Rubio: Agreement between Azerbaijan, Armenia to be starting point for peace treaty

The agreement to be signed between Azerbaijan and Armenia will serve as a starting point for a peace treaty, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio told journalists, AzVision.az reports.

He stated that the US President is committed to peace and determined to be a president of peace.
